We have been going to the Outer Banks since the early 1980s. However, it was time to sell our property in the Over Sand area in the Northern Outer Banks, and Mark was Excellent at locating a Good Buyer (who offered a good price) last month (March 2024) for us. He is Very professional, knows the area and the Market, makes well-informed suggestions on listing prices, markets properties very effectively, knows the area inside and out, and moved our property more quickly than other Over Sand realtors I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend Mark. He managed all this, even though we are no longer located on the East Coast.

I’m not sure 5 stars are enough to accurately reflect how impressed we’ve been with real estate agent Mark Pearson! We started casually looking for real estate in Corolla, NC a few years ago and Mark has been with us (patiently) every step of the way. His deep knowledge of both the market and the various neighborhoods/towns in the Outer Banks was invaluable. He quickly figured out what we really wanted and kept us up to date on options as they came on the market but more importantly was always able to tell us why he didn’t think a certain place would meet our expectations. We ended up buying our literal dream beach home last week and he truly went above and beyond at every turn - lining up contractors to evaluate the property, doing multiple virtual walk throughs with us out of state, going to meet inspectors for us and at the end of the day really just providing the comfort that we were making the right decision because we trusted his judgment. I can not recommend Mark enough for anyone looking for property in the Outer Banks.
