Born and raised in Nags Head, John Winstead is an Outer Banks native. With his father owning a construction company, John has been surrounded by all things real estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up in the family business has brought him a wealth of knowledge in the local market, as well as extensive experience with construction and renovations on new and existing properties. After graduating from First Flight High School, John continued his education at East Carolina University where he earned a BA in Business Finance. Not long after graduation, John decided to put his experience and education to work and earned his real estate license.

John now lives in Kill Devil Hills with his wife, McCaela, and their dog Onyx. He is dedicated to his clients and determined to help make their dreams a reality. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, John is excited to help you along the way.
